How to capture a level 10 NPC city in Evony II

Example with lvl 10 MT, archery, IW; 9 medicine, compass and HBR; war horn, Corset, penicillin

Most attack heros are 200+

Attack from adjacent city about 30 seconds apart.

Took about 20 minutes. Got one Justice and one Nations Medal (more if slowed down attacks and took more losses).

Completed Queen's quest and got a "Queen" - Lvl 1 with 85 stats.
